State is the capital of the nation of Requiem, a faction built on wealth, excess, and carefully buried truths. Its citizens, known as the Statis, are the rich and elite—those who live comfortably while darker dealings thrive just out of sight.Beneath its polished surface, State is steeped in corruption. It is here that the Til reside, ruling from the shadows through their puppet baron, Kaidius Phesa, whom they bend entirely to their will.The Til are hedonistic and unrestrained, indulging in chaos as much as control. They delight in luxury, excess, and their most peculiar obsession of all—ice cream

Brainiac

Built into the mountains, Brainiac is the mind of Requiem—the place where knowledge is currency and intelligence decides your worth.The faction is split into three levels: Topside, where most citizens live and work; the Under-city, buried deeper, where the overlooked—and the less legal—tend to reside; and above it all, the Air-city—a floating sector reserved for the Baron and the most powerful families.Everything in Brainiac revolves around advancement, research, invention, and experimentation. Progress isn’t encouraged—it’s expected. If you’re useful, you rise. If you’re not, you’re forgotten.From the outside, Brainiac looks like the future. Clean. Precise. Untouchable.But beneath all that order, something darker is always being built.

If you can’t contribute something beautiful, you don’t belong.On the surface, it feels alive. Colorful. Expressive. A place where imagination seems free.But nothing in Creative is truly unregulated.Because in Creative, beauty isn’t freedom.It’s expectation.

SERVANT

Servant is the working faction of Requiem—the ones responsible for growing, harvesting, and distributing the food that keeps every other faction alive.Farmland stretches across its rolling meadows, but it doesn’t end there. Between the fields are crowded housing blocks, broken roads, and dark alleys where illegal activities thrive.Life in Servant is constant work. Early mornings, long shifts, repetition that never really changes. You’re raised into it, trained into it, expected to continue it.There’s pride in keeping the nation fed. But there’s also distance. Servant produces everything, yet rarely gets to see where it all ends up.Also...I wonder where they get their meat from?

Infirmary

Infirmary is the neutral faction of Requiem, set high in the cold mountains where the air is thin and everything feels still.They remain separate from the rest of the nation by choice, stepping in only when healing is needed. Their mission is simple: heal, and never cause harm—though they won’t hesitate to protect the peace they’ve built.Monks train in quiet temples carved into stone. Those in need of mental rest go to the Lake of Serenity, where silence is part of the treatment. Citizens come here when other factions can’t help them anymore, or when they need to recover in body or mind.Infirmary holds the most advanced medical knowledge in Requiem. Technology and tradition exist side by side here, both used with the same purpose: to restore, not to control.They do not take sides. They do not interfere.But the peace they protect is not passive.

Protector

Protector is the army of Requiem.Built for war and nothing else, the faction is structured around strength and discipline. Three massive walls form its defense, sealing it off from the rest of Requiem. Inside, Protectors are pushed hard from the beginning, shaped into soldiers before they ever see beyond the gates. Weakness isn’t corrected here—it’s removed.Protector supplies every faction with guards, enforcers, and soldiers. Wherever order needs to be kept, they’re there—ending things when necessary.Life inside is rigid and scheduled, where obedience comes before everything else. There’s no room for hesitation or space for doubt.Protector doesn’t question Requiem.It protects it—no matter the cost.
